Like a dab taken too hot, nothing burns like your favourite dab accessory not performing as planned. In the event that you've received the wrong item, are missing an item from your order, or an item is damaged, see our warranty policy below to figure out how to get seshing again as soon as possible.
Sometimes mistakes can happen but rest assured, our support team will make it right!
Policies
You must be of legal age in your province / state to view or purchase our products.
By making a purchase, you affirm that it is legal to possess the items purchased in your state or country.
We reserve the right to cancel any order as we see fit.
Use all items at your own risk.
Shipping
Please allow Up to 5 business days (excluding holidays) to ship your item. We are a small team and sometimes on the road for shows, rest assured we will get your basket out as soon as possible.
All packages are shipped Expedited through Canada Post (For shipments to the USA they get transferred to USPS)
To insure a package, or add signature confirmation, or upgrade to Priority Shipping, please contact us as soon as you place your order with your order number and we will add it for you. An additional cost will apply. Email bangerbasket@saveyourbanger.com
By ordering from us, you agree not to hold Banger Basket responsible for lost packages or damage caused during transit.
Returns
All Sales are final.
You have 7 days from the date of receipt (when your order was delivered) to report shipping defects to Banger Basket so we can get the claim started with the shipper.

Warranty
Banger Baskets Limited Warranty begins the date you purchase the product and lasts for the period stated below depending on your model. Claims are only eligible if it is made within the Limited Warranty period, and proof of purchase is necessary. Please refer to the Warranty Table below for more information.

The Limited Warranty is only valid on products that are purchased through authorized resellers, retailers or our website.
The Limited Warranty does not cover wear and tear or normal ageing of product, dropping, mishandling or misuse of the Banger Basket in anyway.
If a warranty claim is made within the 90-day Limited Warranty period, and deemed to be a manufacture defect, Banger Basket will replace the whole unit or defective part.
As all our colors are limited editions, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same color/model and a similar model will be offered in place at Banger Basket’s discretion.
To make a claim you must fill out our Warranty Form below to start the process and include proof of purchase and photo(s) of the defect.
Our team will review your claim and should reply with options within 5 business days.
